1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Within India

  • We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For metro cities, deliveries usually arrive sooner.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is currently not available.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our services to other countries soon.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances).

  • Lumina India will not be held responsible for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues promptly.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
